Sunshine Social Group ☀️

Congratulations to Sunshiner Dianne Slotten!!! This picture she took at our Dripping Spring hike won her the grand prize (of over 10k submissions) for America's State Parks photography contest ☀️

Great shot, Di, congrats! 😁

Welcome to the Sunshine Social Group!

Add your email to stay in the Sunshine Loop and make sure you don’t miss schedule announcements and event signups! 🌐

I’ll send out updates by email, along with info and links on how to get involved 👍🏻

Check out the ‘future hikes’ tab for the September and October schedule…it’s got dates and times for social hikes, adventure hikes, sunset hikes, volunteer opportunities and a Mount Lemmon Expedition 🗓️

I’ll post the links for any active events in the ‘current hikes’ tab, usually 5-7 days before the event itself. I’ll be posting them on Gatherist, a free to use, locally designed event website, you can join the group for free here. I may also be using Meetup, depending on attendance, but will definitely use Meetup for the expedition🌐

I’m so excited with how this group has grown, I love how many connections have been made using our hikes as a starting point…let’s keep building community 🤗

If you’re new and want to get a sense of what the group is about, please check out ‘past hikes’ and our Facebook page for albums of previous events. Also, Tucson Lifestyle was kind enough to feature us last spring, check out the video and article (thanks again, Nathanael!) ☀️

Hope to see you all out in the sunshine! 😎
